Nov 24, 2025 Update
The renovation is progressing -
The new pier has been installed and painting of the dome inside and out is almost complete! Next is the installation of the new floor.
First light party for the new telescope is being planned. Stay tuned!!

Planetarium Shows - Nov 28, 29 Dec 12,13 Dec 27,28
Season of Light - explores the historical, cultural, and astronomical connections to holiday traditions, especially those involving light during the winter season. The show examines the origins of various customs, such as yule logs, Hanukkah menorahs, and Christmas tree lights, and their ties to celestial events like the winter solstice. It also discusses the astronomical factors behind the seasons.
An additional short movie on Winter stargazing is included.
2 shows each night- Friday and Saturday
7:00 pm and 8:00 pm
Please purchase tickets ahead of time - they sell out quickly!!
If the weather is good we will have telescopes set up after the shows for star gazing.
